General Description
Technical Sales Representative is responsible for exceeding revenue and profit targets within assign sales vertical / territory. The individual will report to the Ontario Sales Manager and create a business strategy for new and existing customer business through existing core and specialty vendors. Develop key customer accounts plans, prepare 90 day sales forecast, conduct joint sales calls with vendor representative’s and achieve individual key performance objectives. Align customer long term growth objectives with Proax Technologies.
Responsibilities
- Setting territory objectives and developing specific customer account plans with a focus on solution selling opportunities and marketing activities to achieve revenue and gross margin targets
- Responsible of joint calls activities with core and specialty vendor representatives for product launches, business development activities including tactical vendor / customer sales blitz
- Responsible of engaging customers to participate and attend different marketing activities (seminars, trade shows, events, …)
- Managing Qualified Sales Lead process within CRM program for existing and new sales leads, regular reporting updates
- Develop and maintain core vendor relationships in addition to OEM, Integrator and End User relationships, to introduce new products, and to pursue sales opportunities within existing and new geographic and market segments
- Establish sales strategies and reviewing sales pipeline opportunities with the Ontario Sales Manager
- Monitor and report competitive activities for market / territory development (new product launches, product placement, promotion, positioning, and pricing)
- Provide input to the annual budget and monthly sales meetings based on fact based territory knowledge of sales highlights, lesson’s learned, challenges and growth opportunities
- Understanding of market verticals, product categories, market segmentation of customer’s product needs, developing key customer relationships, collecting market share information and general trends in the economic environment will be a priority along with executing the territory business plan
- Analyzing daily, monthly, and annual performance by developing a very good understanding of the business requirements with a focused selling approach on the core & specialty vendors business priorities
Work Experience Requirements
- 3- 5 years technical related sales experience
- Experienced in the development of customer centric solution sales strategy by analyzing the client needs to support the business objectives for existing and new customers
- Self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills who can sell integrated industrial solutions and manage business priorities
- Strong analytical skills to problem solve, assess solution sales opportunities, recommend and implement tactical sales strategies and marketing plans
- Experience in the identifying new market segmentation business through prospecting and development of customer sales forecast and annual budgets
- Track record of exceeding sales targets within assigned territory and contributing to the overall team performance
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members and Proax Management
Education Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business , Technical Diploma or Certification

General Description
Inside Sales Representative receives (by telephone, fax or email) requests for quotations, orders, and lead times
from customers. Makes quotations on standard items, writes orders, and relays pertinent order information to customers. Coordinates
with other departments in handling purchase orders and providing service to customers. Performs duties with marketing department where
customer contact is a prime responsibility. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales with a Technical Distributor and demonstrated ability to deal with customers
- Pneumatics experience
- Keen attention to details

- Ability to work without a lot of supervision

- Entry level Marketing Skills as asset

General Description
Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of "inside" sales representatives engaged in working with customers
and sales reps in selling automation solutions. Recommends changes to current inside sales techniques or procedures based on team performance
and new selling techniques. Support the Inside Sales team through motivation and team building techniques; leads and directs the work of others.
Performs other related duties as assigned. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Inside Sales Team in the two Montreal offices
- Leading the Inside Sales Team while planning, organizing, directing, controlling
and evaluating the process activities of: production and operations, customer service
- Assist in the management of client credit line facility; Check with credit department concerning
credit status of customer when rush orders are received
- Build & sustain a high performance team providing/creating opportunities for performance improvement and
professional development to enhance the overall branch performance
- Coordinate a proper training schedule with our suppliers to ensure that the Inside Sales Team is continuously trained on products offered
and to ensure that they have the technical knowledge requirements to perform their duties
- Ensure that the Inside Sales Team receives proper training in our order entry system and that they follow the correct company
procedures
- Continually seeking branch level productivity improvements to achievement overall Operations targets and plans
- Responsible for a designated set of accounts to provide sales and technical support; ensure that the CRM is up to date
- Interact with Team to ensure quotations are processed on a timely basis and follow-up is done; lead management

General Description
Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare items for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing,
stamping, and shipping merchandise or material; receiving, unpacking, verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for
the transportation of products. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Determine method of shipment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures and rates
- Responsible for the overall warehouse; maintain clean and neat warehouse and surrounding area, ensuring that all employees follow proper
procedures
- Make sure all arrivals and shipments are received in accpac; create daily shipping reports; creating and printing of picking slips; file
all paperwork in proper file cabinets
- Ensure that all shipments and deliveries are in good condition and sent out or received in a timely fashion
- Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and arrange to rectify damages and shortages
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
- Expedite orders
- Assist Inside Sales and Outside Sales Reps

Work Experience Requirements
- Need to have excellent organization skills, enabling them to quickly locate merchandise for distribution or placement within the
